Refunds may be requested within 30 days of service completion or project delivery. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide written notification of your dissatisfaction with substantive reasons explaining why the service did not meet your requirements.
3. Service-Specific Refund Terms
Custom Software Development & Website Development
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of project delivery
- The service must not meet the agreed-upon specifications
- You must have provided all necessary information and materials
- Partial refunds may apply if work has been substantially completed
Inventory Manager Software & Cloud Services
- 14-day trial period for new subscriptions with full refund option
- After trial, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled
- Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase
Mechanical Engineering Services
- Refund requests must be based on quality issues or incomplete deliverables
- Services that have incurred material costs may have partial refunds
- Refund period: 7 days from delivery notification
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Consultation and advisory services after delivery
- Training and workshop sessions that have been conducted
- Services cancelled by the client after work has commenced (non-cancellation refunds)
- Maintenance and support services already rendered
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your order/project number and detailed reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 5 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times depend on your financial institution.
7. Modifications & Revisions
If you request significant modifications or revisions that extend beyond the agreed scope, additional charges may apply, and refund eligibility may be affected. Minor revisions are included as part of the service delivery.
8. Special Circumstances
Refunds may be considered for the following circumstances:
- Service failure or downtime exceeding acceptable limits
- Failure to deliver as per contractual agreement
- Technical issues preventing access to deliverables
9. Disputes
